Ribbon Cutting at NEW 2 U
New 2 U's owner, Rhonda Flure, along with husband Gary, daughter Deidre Birk, and grand daughter Brittany Birk, family, friends, Wright City officials, and members of the Wright City Area Chamber of Commerce celebrated the opening of her new resale and consignment store located at exit 199 in Wright City at 10 Wildcat Drive on June 28th. The new consignment and resale shop has a bit of everything from Home Decor and furniture to children's clothing.

New Logo Unveiled

Wright City officially unveiled their new logo prior to the Board of Alderman meeting on June 26. The new logo was chosen based on how it closely identified the town with depictions of a large highway and growing skyline, as well as how it incorporated the school colors into the design. The new slogan "Right Time, Right Place, Wright City" signifies the city's commitment to commercial, industrial, and residential growth in the area.
Karen Girondo, Wright City's Economic Developer is most thankful that the Chamber of Commerce and the City of Wright City worked so well together to develop this great new logo that highlights Wright City's best attributes which are its location on Interstate 70, and community pride. Susan Denkler submitted the suggestion on the basic design concept that the ED committee used to develop the new logo.
The Chamber of Commerce has installed a new billboard with the design at the intersection of Westwoods Road and the North Service Road.
